I'm a fractional CMO/COO and operations leader who runs growth and operations for founder-led businesses.

Across nearly a decade I've been the growth lead for 30+ client brands — setting marketing and operations strategy, owning monthly full-funnel revenue reporting, and building service lines that grew recurring revenue double digits in year one. I've directed a global team across four continents with sprint-based workflows, and operationalized AI and automation end to end: CRM build-outs, lead routing, and LLM-assisted content at scale.
